Deep South Tuning, hereon referred to as DST, thanks you for selecting us as your store of choice. Our goal is to provide the most accurate information posted on our site; however, some pricing and/or typographical errors may occur. Furthermore, all prices are subject to change at DST’s discretion. In the event that a pricing error occurs on our site, your order will not be processed. We will contact you of such price change and you may decide to proceed with the order or cancel without penalties.
Generally, your order ships within 1-2 business days from the date received and arrive between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Although DST stocks a wide selection of products, some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or a distributor. DST ships products via FedEx, UPS, and USPS at our discretion. In most cases, a tracking number in provided for your reference. In the event that you need express shipping, we ask that you contact our office prior to placing the order. All orders are shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. In the event that your order arrives damaged, we ask that you initiate the claim with the carrier first. They will in return contact us. Please allow time for the insurance investigation to finalize. In the event that your order does not arrive within the 7th business day, please contact our office as the order could have been lost by the carrier. Please allow us time for the insurance investigation to finalize. Don’t worry, we will take care of you and get your replacement as soon as possible. If an item is returned because nobody was available for delivery, the customer is responsible for any shipping/handling costs related to the return.
All returns are subject to inspection by DST before being approved for refunds. We will only accept returns on new uninstalled, unopened in original packaging within of 7 days of delivery. DST is not responsible for shipping fees on returned items. DST will assess a 15% restocking fee on all items approved for refunds that are not due to an error by DST. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns on special order items that are not due to an error by DST. Restocking fees may apply on cancelled orders, prior to items shipped, at our discretion. Although most of our items specify “free shipping” in the product description, all items do include an associated shipping charge and will not be refunded.
All information obtained from you order will be stored on our secure site to better serve you. DST will not share nor sell such info to third parties. You will be required to create a username and password which is confidential. We ask that you don’t share this login information with nobody, including DST. If you signup for DST email updates, such information will be used solely for such matter.
